Stanley, The install/uninstall issues that you are having are not Legacy problems. The problems are related to your system set up. If there was an issue with the Legacy installer, there would be many more reports of problems both on the list and directly to Legacy support. That does not seem to be the case. I know one user (last week or so) demanded that Legacy respond to the issue you were having and demanded to know what Legacy was doing to fix the issue that you were having, I'm not sure how that individual expects Legacy , or any programmer/developer to deal with issues that are specific to an individuals system. Support might have some ideas, but obviously they can't fix a "problem" that is directly related to someone's system.
I have Legacy installed on a Win 7 64 bit system. I recently (within the past 3 weeks) replaced my hard drive and had to reinstall Legacy. I had no issues with the install initially (when Legacy 8.0 was released), nor did I have any issues installing Legacy 8 on the new hard drive.
