Stanley, I guess in one person's mind I need to apologize for trying to point you in the direction of looking at your system set up for your install/uninstall issues instead of having you think the problem is directly related to Legacy software. Not sure how it was interpreted that I was trying to blame you for the issue. Anyway, good luck on attempting to fix the issue. I will not waste anymore of my time.

So I'll try to be helpful and not just suggest that it is somehow your fault, Stanley. Don't try any brute force uninstalls. You'll only leave junk in your registry. You need that install.log, so install Legacy 8 again. Then instead of relying on the uninstall in the control panel, go to the Legacy 8 program file probably in C:\program files (86)\Legacy 8 and click on unwise.exe. It should uninstall at that point. Now you should be able to be able to install it and bypass suggestions that it might not have installed. It is a good program once you get past a few hurdles.
