Priscilla, With that small number I would just create a small report (Like Sherry mentions) that lists which ones do have notes.
and use that for reference (for the RIN Number) to edit one by one. I have over 50,000 with notes that have broken words. I have been waiting in hopes some day some eager programmer would create an easy to use tool to fix everything.. in the mean time, I fix them one by one as I come upon them.
