Hi Jay, The most recent file that I downloaded into Legacy as a test was one of my smaller ones -- 141 individuals. Is there an easy way to see how many have notes? I don't know how to do that except to count. One of my larger files has 491 individuals. I would be glad to fix the smaller ones even if I had to deal with the larger ones note by note. Anything is better than nothing! Thanks for thinking on this! Priscilla
