Thanks Bob and Sherry,
     Sadly, Sherry's solution did not work.  I guess I will just have to deal 
with each of the notes, one by one.  I do very much appreciate your suggestion, 
Bob, about copying  lengthy notes to Word, fixing them there, and then pasting 
them back into the notes section.
