I think we could argue "Personal Knowledge" or "Interview" and be as correct as 
you can be using either of these.  As was pointed out to me offline, it was 
more of an announcement.  I chose "Personal Knowledge" because I did not 
interview the first time grandmother when she called but copied the information 
on a scratch pad.  As any grandmother would do, she gave the time, weight, 
length and name along with a description of who the baby favored. 
Perhaps a template "Announcement" should be added.
