Phone calls, etc - I too have a Basic source called Personal Memory, and
another called Personal Correspondence - they're much the same thing,
except for method of delivery. With both, I put information in the
Source Detail field to show who's memory was being recalled
(conversation with Joe Bloggs, for example) or who the correspondence
was from. So it's not just my personal memories covered by this one, and
it's clear to anyone reading it where the information came from.

Facebook - I use this often enough for family data that I've created a
new Basic Source called Website - Facebook.com. The only detail in the
Master Source is the title 'www.facebook.com' (without the quotes). When
I use this source I note in the Source Detail field who made the post
and on what date, and the date I viewed ('retrieved') the post, and may
quote the post in the Text/Comments area if I think it required. If the
person uses a pseudonym on Facebook, I note their Facebook name as well
as their real name.

Hope this helps. :-)
