I once had a similar problem in Another Program; turned out that I had touched the CTL key while the notes were open; this created an invisible-to-the-naked-eye "note" in the NOTES field, which insisted on printing. If it's printing the program thinks there's a note, and if you don't think so, you'll need to do as Jay suggests to remove what isn't there.
