As a user, I can sympathise with that. But, as a developer I also see the other side of things. Users who are sometimes unable to phrase a problem in terms that the developer can understand. Descriptions of what the user perceives as the problem rather than the actual problem. users who seem incapable of following instructions designed ti elicit further information about their problem. It's not easy sometimes trying to read users' minds. -- Regards, Mike Fry (Jhb) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
