Whether there is a field for the URL in the Source Detail depends on the
Source Template used.
I've been doing a lot of research in the Australian Newspaper collection
on Trove at the Australian National Library. This collection is free and
covers a lot of papers up to about 1960.

The template I use for this enables me to show the particular URL for
the article or page in the Source Detail - along with the date accessed.
This is the Newspapers - Online Images - unrelated content provider
template.

I'm sure there are others that have a field for the particular URL.
However, for some sites, the specific page isn't much help as they
re-organise too often.

As Bobby says, the URL now can be added as well via the Media option.
