Hi Cathy,

Thanks for the update and suggestions. As a One-Place study [not one-name] the
PDF individual report is ideal and of course having each Individual Report
starting on a new page is perfect for extracting individuals to pass on.

One of my “problems” with Legacy – there are SO MANY options and until you play
with them you just don’t understand the benefits of different options!

After years of using Excel for historic reports I prefer to avoid them because
of the date issues – prefer to go straight to Access or something which copes
better with the dates! :)

I’ve used different options of web page creations etc etc etc for the different
one-place study our group needs but having now played with this I can see a lot
more options to suit our needs.

So thank you to the OP for asking the question!

Regards … Susie Z

Pat,

Name List Report
You can Print from the Name List.
You can choose to include the fields you want in that report.

I use it mainly to print a Search List to csv so you can sort in a Spreadsheet
program.

Susie,
For a one-name study, if you haven't discovered the Name List Print to csv, it
may be the answer you are looking for.
If you are using Excel as your Spreadsheet program, because it doesn't
recognise dates before 1901, it's a good idea to change your date setting
before you export to YYYY-MM-DD at Options - Customise 5.1 so a text sort on
the date column sorts them in date order.

Martha, you might need to contact support direct re the error you are getting.

Cathy
