You have total control over how those "relationships" are shown and reported. You have total control on whether you enter both parents or leave one blank/unknown - no RIN.

eg: you could have the label on Family View: rapist
On the Marriage Wording tab the restriction is only that the sentence needs to be able to be read both ways (x married y; y married x) only if both ways are likely to be a report.
You could have (x received sperm from an unknown sperm donor)
It's up to you.
