Jane,
You could edit the Event Sentence Definitions for Occupation so that they all just read [Notes] which may not be what you want for other people with an Occupation event.

Either work with the Event Sentences.
eg you can change the definition to [FirstName] worked at [Desc] ...
or [FirstHeShe] worked ...
[FirstHeShe] alternates the first name with he/she for events.

OR use the Sentence Override for Elizabeth and just add [Notes] there.
