I give up - guess I’m wrong to expect that people will take the time to read and think when it so very clear. Unfortunately people today just want to put the onus on someone else to think for them. Legacy makes it clear in the software and Legacy support has made it clear in multiple posts to this list that only the database is backed up to Legacy Cloud, not the media files.
