Hi Roxanne,A gedcom will not contain any media files. If you have them in your dropbox as a media back-up, you can import them back into legacy once you get legacy 9 set up.
If you wish to use Legacy on a tablet or phone you have to purchase an external program called 'Families'. At this point in time, Legacy has to be run on a Windows machine or, as mentioned, exported as a sqlite file for Families.
