Millennia (Legacy) would have omitted backup of media files because they are large, and some users may have hundreds of Mb up to GB of storage requirements for their media files.
But everyone has Windows – any version has the free gift from Microsoft of OneDrive – which is a more than adequate amount of cloud storage. While it does require a step-by-step ‘recipe’ for users to set the Legacy FT backup location to other than the defaults, over the past year I have seen instructions here on how to change to the location of choice for any individual. That has included Dropbox (another ‘cloud’ location).
