I have the same problem, Jennie, extremely annoying.

Jenny - Look for the task view icon at the bottom of your PC screen. It usually 
is on the left side right after the magnifying glass icon. Clicking on it will 
show all the open programs you are using. You can then click on the program you 
want to see.
