It’s all off-computer, on some server somewhere….. Personally I believe the data is safe but some of my living family members can’t sleep at night by the thought that I have all their personal information on my computer, let alone if I would have a copy of it somewhere in whatever cloud…. I have a backup on my computer and periodically back everything up on a removable harddisk, which is stored sits in my documents safe. Nothing in Dropbox or even the Legacy Cloud.

When you get an error like this, that should be your first thought. Note the cloud backup is just an extra backup.
