Yes, it is but I can’t tell you exactly how. I don’t use the Cloud (also not the non-Legacy cloud) ever because it is all a bit hazy, even as I have spent a lifetime in IT as a Microsoft and Novell engineer.

When you get an error like this, that should be your first thought. Note the cloud backup is just an extra backup.
