This is my first post to the mailing list. I wish to abbreviate place names in my database and I hope to be able to format my individual changes only once and then apply that change to all instances of this name in the database.
For instance, if I wish to change "Massachusetts" to "MA" in every instance that it is found, how would I accomplish this without changing every individual instance? Thanks in advance, Peter
