I prefer to use the full name for a province/state/etc. in case of another
part of the world using the same two-letter abbreviation.  For exmpale, I
enter Ottawa, Ontario, Canada rather than Ottawa, ON, CA (you will note
that CA is used as the abbreviation for both California and Canada.
