Karen,

Do a search for the word "Legacy" and make sure it installed where you
think it did.

I did exactly what you suggested here, and it did not work either.  I
even 
went into My Computer and went into the Legacy folder on the hard drive
and 
saw there were two icons (Coats of Arms), one for Legacy and the other
one 
for Legacy40.  I tried both and still got the welcome message to the
update.

I am wondering if the file is simply not there.  In other words, the
update 
is not attaching itself to anything even though I get a message saying
it 
has been successfully installed.
