The two icons in the Legacy folder should be one to execute the program and the other uninstalls the program. There should be no other Legacy (Shield)icons.
I would move or copy the data and pictures folders to a temp directory. Uninstall the program and then delete the Legacy folder from your HD. Empty the recycle bin. Reboot your computer and reinstall Legacy and then move or copy your data and picture folder back to your Legacy folder. I suspect that maybe a hidden dll has gotten corrupted and this will refresh everything.
