Hi Karen,
Have you tried searching you PC for the program?
START - FIND - FILES + FOLDERS
choose your hard drive(s) as the location
and Legacy as the file name

Or checked if it's in
START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS?

If you can't find it listed as an application,
I would suggest you go to C:\Legacy\Data
and copy all the files to another location (temporarily as a backup method)

then either uninstall Legacy,
or delete the folder C:\Legacy and all its contents

then go for the complete program download again.

I know this seems drastic, but it may be the only way to sort it :-(
