Sorry Ken - wrong answer.

Why do a funtion that garbels up my data and then tell me to maually correct it back 
again ?
The Core function adds State so it appears twice and removes my County information.
The Core+ function is weird. It takes my old City, County and State info and ADDS the 
data from Core field.
This is not working at all for us outside USA ! If it is to sold outside US it have to 
work without messing up data.
