Legacy 4.0 Deluxe Edition Users ======================== If you have Legacy 4.0 Deluxe Edition then start Legacy and click on the internet icon on the top toolbar. From the popup menu select "Check for Legacy Update" and then click the "Check Now" button (Note: You should connect to the internet before you click the Check Now button.) Legacy will check our web site and let you know there is a new build available and you can then click the "Install Now" button. This will automatically start the update process. Legacy 4.0 Standard Edition Users ========================= Standard Edition users are required to visit our web site in order to download the new update. Let me know. I'll wait for a bit to see if things are OK. 28 October 2003 - Update =========================== Fixed =========================== Ancestor Book - Children who didn't have a main entry now include more information. Ancestor Book - Individuals marked as "This Individual Never Married" were getting an erroneous "...married (name unknown)" on the report. Fixed. FGS Report - If using "Use the phrases from the marriage records", the "Spouse" label for children was blank. Fixed. FGS Report - Source citations numbers for the Husband's parents were also being printed on the Wife's parent's lines when the wife had no parents. Fixed. Descendant Book - Unknown gender children that were mark as Never Married were showing the wrong first name on the Never Married line. Fixed. FGS Web Pages - Some spouse links were pointing to the wrong person. Fixed. Reports - There were instances where narrative sentences and report title [fields] that were supposed to use quoted first names were only using the first word of the name instead of everything within the quotes. Mary Ann Victoria "Mary Ann" was using "Mary" instead of "Mary Ann". Fixed. Name List Report - Fixed a name formatting problem. Pedigree Web Pages - Death dates with modifiers like "Bef" or "Aft" were causing the death date to disappear and the "Death at Age" number to not be completely accurate. Events and Report Sources- If pictures were being included with the events or source citations, the event text or citation itself would sometimes get blanked out. Fixed. Reports - Fixed pictures being overwritten by text. Lineage Report - The last generation in Horizontal mode now includes the life range years. The last generation in Vertical mode now has the correct information.
