I think you'll preserve most (99%?) of your data w/an export to
gedcom-legacy.  It adds a ton of vender specific tags to the gedcom and is
really only readable by Legacy.  This way, as Jim says, you can exclude any
tags you wish (including notes).  And if the user you're sending it to is a
Legacy user (as it appears), you won't need to re-import the data and create
a new native Legacy DB.
