I think it would be a great disservice to ALL users to even consider breaking
the Legacy user list into a bunch of sub lists because certain topics don't
interest certain users.  I do think those posting to the list need to be more
conscious of their subject line so that the readers know at a glance what the
subject matter is and then he/she can delete any subjects that are of no
interest.  There is definitely a problem whereby people have a tendency to
launch a new subject by hitting the "reply" button, but the subject line is
never changed.

Just my opinion.
