I use Outlook Express for this. I set up a group for each surname and when
I meet a new cousin/researcher, I add them to the appropriate group and make
notes on how they are related or what their interest is.
When something new is discovered, I can easily click the group and send to
all.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Researchers' Addresses
Hi --
Do any of you have a system (using Legacy) to keep track of other people
who are researching your lines? I find that more and more I'm telling
people "when I find something I'll let you know." But weeks or months
down the line, its hard to remember who they are.
TIA
Tam
