Hi Diane,

In a nutshell, I don't organise them. I have spearte folders for pictures and folders for documents; when I think I have enough in a folder I just create another one (usually about once a year). As exh of the pictures, or documents, is linked to a source or event etc. in Legacy when I want to look at it I just click the picture and look at at it. In the very rare event that I actually want to view the document outside Legacy I just get the file name from the "picture page" and go to the folder to view it.

Works fine for me.
