Baron and Graf are titles, and should go in the title field.

O put things like von in the Surname field, and there are some surnames like 
Jansen van Rensburg and Janse van Vuuren, and I just put those in the surname 
field.

Someone said that if you put it in quotes it will be used in the reports. I 
haven't tried yet, but I used to put it in the aka field.
