Baron and Graf are titles, and should go in the title field. O put things like von in the Surname field, and there are some surnames like Jansen van Rensburg and Janse van Vuuren, and I just put those in the surname field. > Second question: We have sometimes a lot of first names: i.e. Arthur Johann > Martin Gabriel. In this case the second name Johann is the "called name". How > can I mark this name as "called name"? Someone said that if you put it in quotes it will be used in the reports. I haven't tried yet, but I used to put it in the aka field. -- Steve Hayes E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web: http://www.geocities.com/hayesstw/stevesig.htm Phone: 083-342-3563 or 012-333-6727 Enter the drawing for a FREE Legacy Cruise to Alaska or a FREE research trip to Salt Lake's Family History Library.
