Hans,
Not sure if this is the correct way to do it, but please see: http://www.thepeerage.com/p6582.htm

They have Baron von / Baronin von as part of the Given Name Field. This would help your name list sorting problems.

In her book, "Getting It Right", pg. 86-109, Mary Slawson says that peerage or royal titles belong in the Title Suffix field. The title is not capitalized but the name of the land governed is. For example: king of Scotland, duke of Devonshire, prince of Wales, queen of England, baron von Moller. Was there a place in Germany called Moller?

Hope this helps.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Surname Prefix and Lots of First Names

Hi,
Can anybody help me? Is there a chance to create a special field: Surname
Prefix? To be used for Surname Prefixes like: von, Baron von, Graf von, and
so on.
Would be very helpful. TNG uses Surname Prefixes and I would like to upload my Legacy dates properly. At the moment I still have it in the Suffix field.
But that ist not the right way to show the complete name properly.
