Hi Bill,

There are two issues presently with a leJOS 3 Mac OSX version:

First, the Mac OSX compile farm hosts at sourceforge continue to be off-line for weeks now, hence I'm not able to build and smoke test a Mac OSX version by myself. Secondly, our leJOS Mac OSX Guru Andy (who helped in getting the release process working also for Mac OSX) told me that the support for Mac OSX in the present cvs version is not completely working yet.

However, Andy told me he might be looking at it when his time permits it - so it might be a good idea to get in contact with him if you want to join in here (using his contact page on sourceforge).

Regards,
  Matthias

Hi Matthias,

Great news! Thanks for all the hard work, any idea about a mac version?

I'm willing to try it out if I can get some instruction on running the tests?

Hi David, Juergen,

A first preview of the upcoming leJOS 3.0 release (lejos-3.0.0-M1, which is the current leJOS CVS state) can be found at

http://www.matthias-paul-scholz.homepage.t-online.de/lejos/

There are Linux and Windows version available presently.

Both versions have passed the existing integration tests (which are not too overwhelming in number, though).

The Linux version has run stable for me on SUSE 9.2, the windows version is brand new (today!) and will be stress tested in course of the next days.

Regards,
 Matthias

It's been down for 2 weeks, no mention of anonymous cvs
coming back yet. Will try when it comes back or just use the
windows version instead. :-(

I put the CVS version of today from developer CVS at

I only tested that it compiles.
