Thanks very much for posting this, works for me to "HelloWorld" level on
Linux / FC4 with some small changes:
a/ RCXTTY name not usb:
export RCXTTY=/dev/lego0 # not "usb"
b/ scripts in $LEJOS_HOME needed execute permission
(cd $LEJOS_HOME/bin;chmod u+rx lejosdl lejosjc lejoslink)
c/ lejosjc referred to some very old Java releases and wrongly named jar
file:
diff -urN lejos_3.orig/bin/lejosjc lejos_3/bin/lejosjc
