No, we're saying we need someone who knows how to get PyQt apps. running on a 
Mac to package or document the procedure.  Googling "pyqt mac binary" seems to 
throw up some possibilities, but not having a Mac I wouldn't know how they work.

Remember that the statement was probably written long before Leo started using 
PyQt.  I would imagine that running Leo in Tk mode on a Mac isn't so difficult. 
 Really Python, Qt, and Tk for that matter all aim to be platform independent, 
and to the degree they're not, that's a shortcoming on their parts rather than 
Leo's.

But it does seem as if a caveat on the page in question would help avoid 
disappointment on the part of users of OSs not supported by these technologies. 
 Maybe "Portable...runs where ever Python and Qt or Tk run" might be more 
general.
