If SF is only being used for official releases, why Terry> not just post them on Leo's website? I agree...download with statistics can be used on LP. Moroever, I'd eliminate and/or rearrange some more stuff... E.g. The top of the Leo Homepage has 'Leo at Google Groups' link which is later referenced again in the 'Links' session. Maybe the 'poll' can be created about merging leo-editor & leo-editor-users into one group? (I must confess that until today I was not aware there are two mailing lists since I follow 'leo-editor' via gmane.) Some of the stuff discussed in 'users list could be solved by FAQ/user_docs, while the rest of the discussion fits nicely into leo-editor. From the below list of links... 1) Leo at SourceForge 2) Leo at Google Groups 3) Leo's help forum 4) Leo at launchpad 5) Leo's Wiki 6) Leo's Daily snapshots 7) More links 1) could be eliminated by using LP. I propose to change name of 2) into leo-devel mailing list or something depending whether the two mailing list are going to be merged or not. In case that the two lists will remain, then new heading like 'Mailing lists' can be created which is, imho better than the present links and 3) can be renamed into 'users-list' or something. 4) is OK but LP's features could be used more 5) needs more love and I propose to discuss how it can be eliminated and/or replaced with some other solution. 6) can be also eliminated by using LP. All in all, as it was already mentioned, Leo's site is too fragmented pointing out in too many directions. What do you think about having some dedicated domain for Leo? Screenshots links at LP points at http://sourceforge.net/project/screenshots.php?group_id=3458 while the same link at Homepage directs visitor to http://webpages.charter.net/edreamleo/screen-shots.html ?? Majority pf Documentation section's entries are pointing at the official docs (Users Guide), but Online tutorial is at another site (http://www.3dtree.com/ev/e/sbooks/leo/sbframetoc_ie.htm) It really creates too much confusion without some visible gain. 7) link could be also renamed and/or its content re-organized. If the bzr is the DVCS tool of choise for Leo's devs, then I consider it is worth to take more advantage of LP's hosting. Pls. take the above points just as constructive feedback in order to make Leo more attractive to wider audience.
