Hmm the file myCode.leo does not have to be created inside leo for the
purpose of registering the filetype.
so replace ...
run launchLeo.py
in Leo, create a file C:\myCode.leo
close Leo
in Explorer, click the C:\myCode.leo
... with ...
create a file C:\myCode.leo
in Explorer, click it
