CORRECTION: I also experience the issue Nils reported, Leo 4.10 started
with pythonw.exe DOES NOT open any .leo file other than
%home%\.leo\workbook.leo.

I opened a bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/leo-editor/+bug/1090932
