You want reviews, do some marketing.

That is, outreach.  To technical publications.  It's a numbers game,
meaning do lots of outreach and you'll get some hits.  I do it myself
any time I want to make something happen.

Unfortunately, that also requires *actual composition.*

I'm not giving you bad advice.  All it requires is for you to come to terms with
that simple fact.
