I have a periodic Zoom meeting for my particular software project. One of the people acts as the recorder/secretary. He gets the screen control and pulls up the (Word) document that records progress and issues, scrolls through it, and we see him update it while we discuss the issues. The only thing is that it's a bit slow compared with being at your own screen.
