I've tried on Win7-64 and Linux, both work correctly. Is this happening
to other people?
I verified on another machine using XP, and I have exactly the same
behaviour as I have on the Seven64 one. But it is not strictly related
to my French system and keyboard, since using an old LeoCAD version
(0.72.2) that was sitting in another folder, all the keyboard shortcuts
work perfectly.
I moved the menu to the snap button on the main toolbar. I thought it's
a more obvious place since it's not very standard to have a menu come
out of clicking text on the status bar.
Ah - I was fooled by the delay when pressing toolbar buttons. Works
great, and it's indeed much more logical.

Maybe (but it used to work). I checked more closely:
- Preference-> keyboard is configured properly
- All keys in 0..9 work properly, except 6
- only ctrl+shift+5, 6 8 and 9 work
- none of shift+0..9 work.
And clicking on grid in status bar doesn't pop the modification window.
I'll try tomorrow on another computer (with Win XP, the one with
problems is a Win 7 64 bit)
I've checked in a fix for part 519, I had to reduce the vertex
welding
distance.
