I would like to see someone else go through the process with 0.90.7 or
something. Just to make sure that I'm not the only one that can do this. If
anything isn't clear, add it to the comments in make_release, if anything
doesn't work, let's fix it now. I didn't change anything in the RPM process,
but I did forward something about changes to the spec file which had something
to do with setting the permissions on the man pages.
