You should be able to make a source tarball on terror. You should be able to do
this from your own account, as opposed from ltiff, also. The only tricky bit is
getting the first copy of make_release. You could start with the copy I have in
~rwscott/release/make_release. Running that will update it to the most current
copy. This would at least ensure that I'm not relying on something specific to
my env.
