The main thing we have to get "correct" to avoid most of these issues is all
the stuff in th *P.h files. These are available to _everyone_ now (openMotif).
All this info is needed in order to sub-class, therefore fair game. We should
be able to get this right the first time now....
test16 seems to be getting ~50 class pointers into the class_list, but not all
of them are getting used!!! It's as if something is getting optimized out :(
