Well, we won't add a statement that we don't carry xyz binaries, just
to emphasize some obvious lack of that package.
So someone has to pick up the ball on the other side ...

(anyway our FAQ doesn't cover availability of Win binaries, it just a 
comment on some technical issue: static vs. shared libs)
