I'm still on 48, and admit/agree that firefox upgrades are always something I face with some trepidation. I like the KISS principle, which seems foreign in Mozillaland. If it weren't for compatibility/usability issues I might go with something else. What I want from the WWW and what devlopers want to push on me are two very different things! ;-(
I have switched to Pale moon, which I find simpler and just as safe as Firefox.
