That is a good question. I don't know the answer. I would tend to put the
situation 'now' rather than what might or might not be in the future. 
I am trying to fulfil a crucial part of the graduation criteria here - where

if one person/entity or one Company were to pack up and go would the project

still have a future and would it still be healthy.

Also note that this vote does not determine whether or not we graduate - it 
shows community readiness that we are in agreement that it is time, the
Incubator
