Mister Reardon,

Wherever do you get your strange ideas from?

50% cuts are half way to 100% cuts.
I have said repeatedly I want to eliminate the
Department of Education.

We, as a political party, not only need strategy and
tactics that work, but also goals to reach.

Our goal is like the 'war' we're fighting, and
we make progress on the way there.

Let's just say I get elected, which is quite a
long shot. If I walked the halls of Congress
and shook the hand of all other 434 members,
I doubt I could get even 10 that would go for
eliminating the income tax.

No amount of waving the Constitution in people's
faces is going to work. On the other hand, if
I worked with them on some kind of cut, making
progress toward the goal of ending Income Taxes,
I would have a shot at getting that passed.

Clearly the Constitution doesn't allow for many
things that are happening in our country.
But I cannot wave a magic Libertarian wand
and get everything I want overnight.

In the meantime, there are five candidates
for US Congress left after yesterday's primary.
Which one do you believe will do the best job
of moving things in a Libertarian direction?
The Republican, the Democrat, the Libertarian,
the AIP or the Green? Take your pick.
