Hi Urmas,
Throughout history equality of opportunity has not been a given.
Throughout history people have been denied their liberty to creat
their own opportunity. There have been talented people and people of
ability who have been prevented by custom and by government from
excersizing their talent and ability to their potential. There should
be equality of opportunity. A person should not be prevented by law or
custom from reaching their full potential and goiing as far as their
talent ans ability takes them.
