I meant that some people will pretend artists to get social support. How do we decide who is who? The same in fact would apply to other kinds of people under social protection: the old, disabled, orphans etc... We have already this problem in the welfare. Many people pretend sick or even disabled to get free money. So, again we need the laws. This is the biggest problem. Any society to function must have a strong legal system. A legal system then requires reinforcing. This demands forming a police or militia. Militia requires guns. Eventually to protect large segments of society, it is necessary to have a military. Once we have all this, we need some form of government to control it and prevent abuse. In the end we are exactly in the same situation we try to remedy now. So, what else is new? Anna
